Oscillating between Hope and Stuff-It-All
This is how my colleague described how she felt working in our team! Well I can see that it could become exhausting! Hope that you will be heard, your opinions recognised, things that could be achieved-are! Stuff-It-All when things go wrong, silly mistakes cause re-work for a lot of people, staff get upset and blame the wrong person. The trick will be to find the balance!
