In the middle of nowhere

I am now here

It is the Centre, bellybutton,

origin and beginning

Of my every thing.

Another chapter in my book,

Revelation in my story,

Episode in the movie,

Stanza in the poem,

Movement in the sonata,

Verse of my song.

You get the picture?

Now I am here,

It is no longer nowhere

Everywhere starts from

Alice Springs.
